This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") provided below is with respect to the use and protection of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you provide to us through the Travelex application (the "Application").
Amplus Management Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Amplus") respects your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any personal information you share with us which holds potential for identifying you as an individual pursuant to the information shared on the application.
Amplus is the sole owner of the App to which the Policy is applicable. You may be required to provide Personal Information to install the App. By accepting the policy at the time of registration, you expressly approve and consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information by Amplus as described in this Policy. This Policy is applicable to the mobile applications developed by Amplus in order to streamline and monitor the expense reimbursement process of its employees.
Usage, Charges, and Termination
This Application shall be available free of cost to the users. It is only accessible by the employees of Amplus. An employee may use the Application by using its official email ID and passwords. You are required to register as an employee in order to make use of the Application and thereby completing the registration process (i.e. by providing us with current, complete and accurate information within registration form). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
Amplus does not permit any of the following: -
- Any other person/employee sharing your account and password;
- Any part of the Application being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with Amplus as users of the Application; or
- Access through a single account and password being made available to multiple users on a network.
If Amplus reasonably believes that an account and password is being misused in any manner, it shall reserve its right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.
Amplus also reserves the right to change, modify the usage of the Application as per its requirements.
Information Collection
To avail the services of the Application, you shall be required to provide certain information for the registration and/or access to such services. Such information may include, without limitation, your name, email address, mobile/telephone number(s), and such other information as may be required for your interaction with the services.
Use
If you choose to provide us with the abovementioned information, you consent to the use, transfer and storage of the information so provided by you on Amplus' servers. The information provided by you shall not be sold/given/rented to third parties (third parties for this purpose do not include Amplus’ group/holding/subsidiary companies and or its service partners/associates) for marketing purposes and other related activities without your prior written consent.
Application data:
The Application might request your permission to access certain features from your mobile phone, such as camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, and storage. Your consent is recorded at the time you first install the Application, and any additional consent may be recorded when you update the Application. If you would like to change these access permissions, you can do so in the device’s settings.
Sensitive information:
The Application does not collect any sensitive information from you, except that we collect your medical data that accompanies sick leave requests which you may deem sensitive. Your consent is also recorded within the Application every time you submit a sick leave request. This information is not processed; and is being used only for approvals and storage as documentary proof.

- Scanned Business Card Information
- When you share your Business Card via text, we may need to access your Phonebook to fetch the name and number of the person with whom you want to share your Business Card. This contact information is used only to share your Business Card with the selected contact via your phone’s messaging application. Other than for this operation, this information is not processed or used elsewhere. This information is not stored or maintained on our data stores. When you receive a physical Business Card from someone, we may need access to your camera to let you scan the Business Card or to your Gallery to let you select the image of the Business Card. The image is processed only for information extraction such as name, designation etc. from the card you’re scanning, and the scanned information is saved. Post this step, the scanned image is not stored or processed for any other purpose. When you choose to save a contact from a Received Card, we may need access to your phonebook to save that contact.
The personal information provided by you shall also be disclosed to:
The members of the Amplus, affiliates, service providers and third parties under a contract to provide joint services, contents and marketing communications; and Other third parties to whom you explicitly require us to send the information.
Changing Your Personal Information
You can access and modify your Personal Information by reaching out to us through email at: techsupport@amplussolar.com Upon your exit from Amplus, Amplus will close your account and remove your Personal Information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law(s). However, Amplus may retain Personal Information from closed accounts for, but not restricted to, the following purposes: To comply with the law; Avoid/check illegal and/or potentially prohibited activities and to enforce agreements; Comply with any court judgment / decree / order / directive / legal & government authority /applicable law; Investigate potential violations or applicable national & international laws; Investigate deliberate damage to the Application/ services or its legitimate operation; Detect, prevent, or otherwise address security and/or technical issues; Protect the rights, property or safety of Amplus and/or its Directors, employees and the general public at large; and Respond to Claims of third parties; and take such other actions as may be permitted by law.
Account Protection
Your password is the key to your account. You shall be solely responsible for all the activities happening under your username and you shall be solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Do not disclose your password to anyone. If you share your password or your personal information with others, you shall be solely responsible for all actions taken under your username and you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.
Business Transaction
In the event Amplus goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. Where your information is transferred you will be notified via email/prominent notice on the Application for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
Choice
You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to Amplus. The notice Amplus intends to provide where it collects personal information on the Application should help you to make this choice. If you choose not to provide the personal information requested, you can still access most of the content on the Application.
Security
Wherever your personal information may be held within Amplus or on its behalf, Amplus takes all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Consent
By using this App, you consent to the Terms of Use and to Amplus' processing of personal information for the purposes given above as well as those explained where Amplus collects personal information on the App. Should there be changes to the Terms of Use, Amplus intends to take every reasonable step to ensure that these changes are brought to your attention by posting all changes prominently on the App for a reasonable period of time.
Communication
What communication can you expect?
To notify you about important status updates and actionable items, you may receive email notifications and push notifications for the important events in the below-mentioned workflows. Owing to the way workflows are, you may receive notifications even if you yourself haven’t initiated an action, such as in the case a reporting manager would receive an approval request notification when someone reporting to them submits a request through the Application:
- Travel pre-approval workflow

- Out of Office approval workflow
- Receiving Hello from someone
How can you adjust your communication settings?
We believe that the employed email and push notifications are to make your experience better with the Application. However, if you would like to alter your communication settings, you may adjust your phone’s notification settings or reach out to us, and your request shall be evaluated on a case-to-case basis.
Information security
Amplus takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
Amplus restricts access of your personal information to its employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the services.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Amplus does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide services you've requested, when it has your permission.
Amplus provides the information to entities who work on behalf of or with Amplus under appropriate confidentiality obligations. These entities may use your personal information to help Amplus communicate with you with respect to record keeping and information purposes. However, these entities do not have any independent right to share this information.
Amplus believes it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Amplus' Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.
